Recreational Vehicle Parking
Changes to regulations relating to the parking of recreational vehicles on public streets became effective on June 22, 2018. These changes involve:
1. Recreational vehicles and other vehicles larger than 8 feet wide, 8 feet tall or greater than 10,000 pounds GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) may not park within 50 feet of an intersection or a marked cross walk.
2. All recreational vehicles parked on public streets must not remain in the same location, defined as within 300 feet of the original or previously documented location, for more than 72 hours.
