Formal Requests for Bids, Quotations and Proposals

City of Santee invites qualified vendors or contractors to bid on products or services listed below.  The notices are published in the East County Californian and occasionally in the San Diego Union-Tribune at least 10 days before the bid opening date. 

Formal bids, quotations and proposals are required to be submitted on city proposal forms and returned in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder’s name and the city’s bid number. They may be mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at 10601 Magnolia Avenue, Santee, CA 92071. Facsimiles are not accepted. Late submittals will be returned unopened as the city will not accept bids received after stated deadlines.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure the most complete and current version of the bid document has been downloaded or otherwise obtained, including any addenda.  Bids received without acknowledgement of applicable addenda may be rejected.

NOTICE REQUESTING PROPOSALS (RFP): 

 

WALKER PRESERVE RESTORATION AND MONITORING DESIGN BUILD PROJECT

  WORK TO BE DONE: The City of Santee is seeking a proposer(s) with experience in experience in habitat restoration and monitoring, specifically and desirable performing work for municipal government.  The City is seeking proposals from qualified persons or firms and intends for the successful proposer(s) to provide the mechanism to graphically achieve the city’s vision in accordance with contract documents of RFP 17/18-40011. 

 

BID DOCUMENTS may only be downloaded from the City’s website, www.CityofSanteeCA.gov listed under “Bid Opening” of the “News and Information” tab on the main page, or examined at the office of the City Clerk, 10601 Magnolia Avenue, Building 3, Santee, CA 92071.
